If you feel we might be a good match, we’ll schedule a casual, obligation-free meeting with company director Stuart to learn more about your vision. Onsite or elsewhere, we’ll get a feel for your project, understand your site challenges and potential, and discuss your building plans in detail.
Once we’ve finished working with you to understand your vision, we’ll begin compiling costs and providing a quote based on your concept plans (as well as cost-saving suggestions). Your quote will consider your budget and provide overall estimated costs so you can decide whether we’re the right fit for you without any obligation.
Once your design and quote are agreed on, we provide a multistage timeline for your project. Plans and schedules are drawn up, and all project paperwork, from building permits to quality assurances, is managed by us (so there’s less for you to worry about). Ask us any questions to stay informed as we prepare to start the construction process.
Our experienced site managers will oversee day-to-day activities as your new home takes shape. We set clear expectations (inc. workplace culture, site cleanliness and the appointment of trusted staff), all fully supported by Director Stuart, to ensure a successful project. We’ll also regularly review plans with you (and your architect) to ensure we make necessary changes at the most cost-effective stage of construction.
Congratulations – you’re the proud owner of a brand new or renovated home! Crack open a bottle of bubbles and grab the keys for a final walkthrough to ensure all finishes and details are complete. We pride ourselves on the relationships we build and make sure you’re comfortably settled for the long term with ongoing support, handover resources and a tailored defects liability period to maximise the enjoyment of your new home.
