“an amazing finished product”

Over many years this grand 1920’s era home had fallen far from it’s original glory, but our clients had the vision and passion to bring it back to life, preserving its heritage whilst enhancing its suitability for luxurious family living.

Together we overcame the challenges of working with the 100+ year old structure, with a large two level extension, new roof and attic conversion as well as extensive structural remediation and modifications to the interiors.

This project showcases a diverse range of features and details. Externally we combined leadlight windows, custom made fluted posts, traditional cedar shingles and decorative rendering so the home sits comfortably in its heritage setting.

Internally, the detailed aesthetic continues with the use of pressed metal ceilings, reclaimed timber flooring, bespoke windows, doors and custom milled joinery features.

Completely rejuvenated, this home is a great example of what is possible when the right team comes together.

“ Throughout the project the whole team provided valuable input and ideas to any challenge and this ‘partnership’ approach between building team and us resulted in an amazing finished product, which we are blown away with.”
