“brilliant from start to finish”

This beautiful beachfront apartment presented the opportunity of a blank canvas. With our clients overseas for much of the project we were entrusted to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment. Consisting of 2 units combined, a spacious 6 bedroom home was created with a wide frontage to spectacular ocean views.

Walls were removed and ceilings were lifted to create a light and airy feel. Old plumbing and wiring were reconfigured while original leaking doors and windows were replaced.

With up-to-the-minute design details such as curved cabinetry, herringbone flooring and detailed tiling, there are eye catching features everywhere you look. An enormous 5.6m island bench forms the centrepiece of the home. This entertainers dream kitchen includes a designer bar, flowing seamlessly into the spacious new open plan living and dining area.

This project demonstrated our team’s proactive approach. Finding creative solutions to access, structural and logistical challenges along the way we delivered a high level of finish across every aspect of this project.
